There is a Birthday in the house!

Employee birthdays are always celebrated by singing happy birthday and flying a balloon over their workplace. This started years 15 years ago because Larry was on a plane beside a man who runs a factory in Mexico. He shared that his company does this and this little ceremony is extremely well received. So as soon as Larry returned, we started doing it too, and it’s a great thing for the employees.
