In 2002, we bought a Frito-Lay distribution center with a two-acre concrete yard and converted it into a nice manufacturing facility with a 10-ton bridge crane. In 2010 we added an additional 19,000 square feet to the original building, and we built a separate shop for automotive product development and cool cars. We are planning to double the shop size again as new product manufacturing demands.
