Non-DEF engines for old XK-100’s and XK-150’s!
We can now supply new non-DEF Tier III 225 HP or 275 HP engines!
If you have an old XK-90 or 100, it had a non-DEF Tier III diesel with 173 HP.
If the engine is bad or just underpowered, we can install a non-DEF 225 HP or 275 HP engine.
This increase in HP will make a lot of difference and is still non-DEF.
An XK-150 repowered with 275 HP will give good performance.
Our super duty cooling system must also be installed.
A core engine (any brand) must be destroyed for EPA compliance.

Refurb XK-90 Swivel Heads to XK-100's
Refurb your XK-90 swivel head to become a new XK-100 head with warranty.
Send a bad head because we only use the housing and bail which must pass a 100-ton load test.
Everything else is replaced – Higher torque motor, bearings, seals, stem, wash pipe assy, manifolds, valves, hoses, etc.
XK-90 is ground off and replaced with XK-100 and unit is stamped with recert test number.
Remember, if you want to do this for drillouts, you will need more HP and cooling.
You will also need a 10,000 psi washpipe assembly.
